You receive a 16-digit code from us: the first 12-digits is your top-up code, the last 4-digits is your security code. Remove the last 4 digits (the security code) to get your top-up code.
For example: if your code is 9473 9134 7095 9752, your top-up code is 9473 9134 7095, and your security code is 9752.
- To activate the 12-digit code, call 810 820 and follow the instructions.

What is the expiry date of WOWWW code credit?
After topping up WOWWW, the validity period of your credit will be extended to 12 months. The validity is automatically extended by 12 months when the credit is automatically topped up.
