  • How to redeem my B.free code?

    The code you received from Recharge.com can only be used on a Tele.ring prepaid SIM card. There are three ways to activate the code:
    - Enter *102*CODE# followed by the send button (If the code is 123456, enter *102*123456#).
    - Call 0800 664 2901 and select menu option 2.
    - Call +43 664 664 666 from abroad and select menu option 1.
     

  • How to check the available balance of B.Free code?

    To check the balance, please send SMS to *101#.

  • How to contact B.Free?

    Call 0800 664 295 from Monday to Saturday between 7:00 and 22:00.

  • What is the expiry date of B.Free code credit?

    There is no expiry date for B.Free code credit. The only requirement is that the credit is topped up at least once every 13 months. After each top-up from € 20.00, the validity period of the total credit is extended by 13 months.
