You can recharge your Lycamobile balance in two ways:
Option 1:
1. Call 1244 or 92# 2. Confirm with the call button.
2. Follow the sproken instructions.
3. Enter your topup code
Option 2:
1. Enter *101* in your mobile phone, followed by your topup code and end with a #.
2. Push the call button.
If you're abroad, call 0031 6840 012 44 and follow the instructions
You can check your Lycamobile balance in two ways:
Option 1: Enter *101# (or 94#) and push the call button.
Option 2: Call 1244 (or 95#) on your phone and follow the voice instructions.

The Lycamobile credit must be used once every 6 months (calling, texting, etc.) otherwise it will be frozen. When the credit is frozen, you must buy and top up Lyca credit within 3 months to release the frozen Lyca credit. If no top-up takes place within those 3 months, the Lycamobile SIM card, including call credit, will be blocked.
