1. Dial 4444 from your Tesco Mobile device. Or dial 0345 940 0000 from a landline.

2. Enter your Tesco top up voucher code when prompted.

3. You’ll receive a confirmation SMS stating your new Tesco Mobile balance.

Option 2: Online To activate your Tesco top up code online, log in to the Tesco Mobile website. No account? You can redeem a top up code as a guest.

Option 3: App

1. Download the Tesco Mobile pay as you go app.
2. Enter your Tesco top up voucher code.

Done!

Option 1: Dial 282 with your mobile phone to hear your remaining Tesco Mobile top up balance.

Option 2: Text the word BALANCE to 2112. You’ll get a reply stating your remaining balance of minutes, texts and data.

Option 3: Log in to your Tesco Mobile account to see your current balance

• Dial 0345 301 4455 or 4455 from your Tesco Mobile

• Visit the Tesco Mobile contact page to start a web chat with a Tesco Mobile customer service expert.

The Tesco Mobile credit will not expire. However, if you do not make a chargeable call, SMS or use of data for 6 months Tesco Mobile can deactivate your SIM card. You can also make another topup.

To activate it from abroad, simply dial 4444 and follow the instructions. Calling 4444 is always free from a Tesco Mobile phone. If this doesn't work you can always top up online.
