    To top up an EE Pay-As-You-Go mobile, you first need to buy an EE Top-Up voucher at Recharge.com:

    1. Choose the amount of EE credit you want.
    2. Enter your email address and pay safely using PayPal, credit card, or debit card.
    3. Your EE pay-as-you-go top-up code will be in your email inbox within 30 seconds.

     

    After that, you can redeem your EE mobile top-up code by SMS:

    • Send a text to 150 containing the following: “VO [16-digit voucher code]”.

    Example: VO 1234567891234567 (include a space after “VO”, but make sure there are no gaps in the 16-digit code).

    • If you want to send an EE top-up to someone else’s phone, add a space and their mobile number at the end of your text to 150.

  • How long is my EE credit valid?

If you do not top up the call credit, the remaining call credit will lose its validity and you will no longer be able to use the connection.
