Orange Recharge

You can recharge your Orange balance in two ways:

Option 1:

1. Call 5123 from your Orange mobile phone.
2. Select the recharge option, option 4, and follow the voice instructions.
3. Enter the 14-digit recharge code.
4. The credit will be topped up.

Option 2:

1. Enter #125* followed by your 14-digit top-up code, end with #.
2. Press the call button and follow the instructions.
3. The credit will be topped up.

From abroad, also enter #125* followed by your 14-digit top-up code, end with #.

Enter *125*CODE (the code we sent you)# followed by the send button.

There are two ways to check the balance:

Option 1: Phone Call

Call 5123 and follow the instructions.

Option 2: SMS

Instead of typing in a phone number, enter #123#1# followed by the send button.

Orange credit is valid for 12 months. The validity period restarts once the phone is topped up again.

There are three ways to contact Orange customer service:

• Call 5000 from an Orange number in Belgium.
• Call 2745 9500 from any other phone.
• Call 0032 2745 9500 from abroad.
