How to check your Lebara balance?
You can check your Lebara balance in two ways:
Option 1: Enter *100# and push the call button.
Option 2: Call 1244 on your phone and follow the voice instructions, choose option 1.
How long is my Lebara credit valid?
The prepaid Lebara credit on your SIM card can be used indefinitely, but you must use your credit at least once every 90 days. You do this by topping up, calling, texting and/or using your data. If you do not use your call credit within 90 days, the service will be blocked, so that you can only be called or texted. If you do not top up the call credit within 30 days afterwards, the remaining call credit will lose its validity and you will no longer be able to use the connection. The credit and the telephone number will then automatically expire and your SIM card can no longer be used.How do I top up Lebara from abroad?
