Simply select paysafecard as a payment method on one of the paysafecard partner websites and you can pay by simply entering the 16-digit paysafecard PIN. If you have a my paysafecard account you can pay by entering your username and password at the selected web stores checkout.

When you use paysafecard as your payment method to make an online purchase, you will be asked to create a 'My paysafecard account'. This is due to new rules implemented by Paysafe.

You will need a My paysafecard account. It is a simple and convenient way to store all of your PINs in one place.

Your paysafecard code has no expiration date. After 12 months, 3 € a month will be deducted from your balance.

Paysafecard prepaid code customers without a paysafecard account are subject to a maintenance fee of €3 or equivalent in voucher currency if their voucher is not fully redeemed within 30 days of purchase. This fee will be charged monthly until the voucher balance is empty.

Check your paysafecard balance by using the Balance Checker:

• Underneath the title Check PIN value enter the code we sent to your email.

• Click on the Check PIN value button to view your amount.

Paysafecard is a digital prepaid creditcard. Simply use the PIN number of the card to pay on hundreds of websites.

At the moment it is not possible to pay directly with paysafecard on Amazon.

The only way to use PayPal with paysafecard is to use the paysafecard Mastercard. You can use paysafecard Mastercard in the following steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.

2. Click on Banks and cards in the menu left.

3. Click on Link a card.

4. Enter your paysafecard Mastercard.

5. When making a purchase at an online shop, select PayPal as the payment method.

Upon reaching your chosen payment page, go for the paysafecard option as your mode of payment. Just punch in the PIN of your paysafe card to seal the deal.

From May 2023, paysafecard requires you to enter your 'codice fiscale' to purchase and use paysafecard in Italy. You have to fill in the 'codice fiscale' tied to your myPaysafe account, otherwise the code will not work. 

This also means you cannot use paysafecard codes someone else bought for you anymore. Trying to use codes that do not match your 'codice fiscale' will result in an error.
